Id be happy to help. What message are you getting on your screen while it is loading anot NOT coming up for you?
1. loading room
2. loading room stuff
3. connecting
Also what browser are you using? IE 6.0, IE 7.0, Firefox, Opera, Safari?

I bought a seahorse seapal for my daughter, scratched the code area, there was no code. What do I do now?

My son got a Seapals gift yesterday, Bannerfish. Unfortunately after scratching off the scratch area I do not see any code in there.
